How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Open PetKeep → Settings → tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Is my data backed up to iCloud?

In the current version, data is stored locally on your device only. iCloud backup support is planned for a future update. We recommend exporting PDFs periodically as backups.

Can I track multiple pets?

Yes, with PetKeep Pro you can add unlimited pets. The free version is limited to one pet.

How do I export a PDF for my vet?

Go to Settings → Export PDF (Pro required). The report includes medication history, adherence stats, and weight trends.

Will I lose my data if I delete the app?

Yes. Since all data is stored locally, deleting the app will remove all records. Please export a PDF backup before uninstalling.
